The Field Technician II will install, maintain, and operate wired, wireless, fiber optic and microwave telecommunications equipment and systems. As a Field Technician, support will be provided in the maintenance and operation of generators, HVAC, and telecommunication site infrastructures. MUST HAVE A CDL A PAY PER HOUR $26.50 DOE Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Understands and implements MasTec Network Solutions (MNS) Health Safety and Environmental Policies. (Safety Manual). - Understands and implements Industry standards (OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS and ANSI) - Able to read and understand a customer detail plan - Must have a labor-intensive attitude - Provide superior customer service while ensuring all essential job functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner - Adhere to all company and industry standards/regulations - Prepare drawings of field sketches using AutoCAD - Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and design requirements related to telecommunication, commercial, residential, and light industrial application - Conduct due diligence for multiple projects prior to field work - Review peer work product - Other duties as assigned.
