- Placing, relocating and removing poles, lines, open wire, drop and block wire in order to maintain efficient operation of the customer’s facilities
- Set up safety perimeter using signage, cones and safety barriers
- Lead Groundman in daily work to safely complete jobs
- Direct traffic in accordance with local DOT guidelines as necessary
Skills & Qualifications

Construction Laborer is a role that provides manual labor to construction and underground field service crews as well as
support for facilities and warehouse.
Primary Duties:
- General labor on construction sites
- Placement of conduit as directed by Foreman or Supervisor
- Map reading and directions
- Support with trench digging and closing
- Support with movement of materials and vehicles as directed by Foreman or Supervisor
- Maintenance services as directed by Foreman to include: - Cleanup, Wash Vehicles, Landscaping
- Punctual, regular and consistent attendance

Skills/Qualifications:
- Clean driving record

The Aerial Lineman is responsible for installing line and cables (including fiber) using various construction equipment. The Aerial Lineman will also be responsible for inspecting previously installed infrastructure to make sure it’s working properly.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Install and/or repair aerial CTV, coaxial and fiber cable
• Placing, relocating and removing poles, lines, open wire, drop and block wire in order to maintain efficient operation of the customer’s facilities
• Set up safety perimeter using signage, cones and safety barriers
• Lead Groundman in daily work to safely complete jobs
• Direct traffic in accordance with local DOT guidelines as necessary
Skills & Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in telecommunications construction required
• Knowledge and understanding of OSHA safety requirements to complete the job(s) safely

Fiber Splicers are responsible to produce end-to-end fiber optic networks.
In addition, you will:
• Testing and troubleshooting continuity of fiber optic networks
• Operate all testing equipment and be adept at resolution of challenges common to fiber optic networks
• Experience prepping fiber splice enclosures such as Tyco, Commscope, Corning etc.
• Utilize fusion splicer, test equipment OTDR (Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer) 1310, 1550, DWDM, CWDM, 945 OLTS, Max Tester, Power meter
• Fiber engineer knowledge of fiber design, reading documentation, understanding of light levels and dB loss
• Work in outdoor utility construction sites

• Repair or splice in new lines as needed to complete the testing
• Place and install required coax cable when necessary
• Install all passive devices and coax splice cases required to house CATV equipment per customer requirements

• Read and understand site plans, maps and diagrams needed to support the project
