As a Sr. Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of utility construction on various types of telecom projects.  

In addition, you will: 

• Partner with the executive leadership team to grow sustainable construction capabilities
• Lead safety, quality control, and profitability throughout the construction department, by establishing goals in partnership with the leadership team
• Support the company-wide safety culture
• Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects
• Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers for escalated issues
• Gives direction to multiple crews and their job site activities

About You:

• Safety is a value you live by
• You have 8+ years of managing telecom construction projects and are a proven leader in the utility construction industry
• You know the telecom construction industry
• Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, map reading, etc.
• You enjoy problem-solving and like to troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field
• You embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team
• You have an understanding of basic accounting principals
• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software
