MasTec is seeking a Data Entry/Billing Clerk in Malvern. This individual will perform a variety of advanced clerical tasks, including maintenance of the system, logs and records; and typing, and compiling information to assist in the efficient accomplishment of support activities.
- Set up jobs and data entry into the system P2
- Enter and review revenue on a daily basis for reporting and accuracy
- Tracks documents received and completion dates
- Reviews discrepancies in data received, requests clarification of issues related to data and performs data verification in accordance with company procedures
- Create reports for weekly and end of the month closings
- Performs other related duties as required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of clerical experience
- 1+ years of experience related to billing preferred
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred
- Experience in P2 is a plus.
- Detailed oriented.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and upper management.
- Ability to type.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Ability to perform accurate computations and verification of data.
- Ability to prepare basic reports.
