Under the direction of the Fleet Supervisor, the Sr. Fleet Administrator will be responsible for the daily administrative duties. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must for this position.

• Retrieve and categorize PO’s and enter work orders into system
• Review expense reports for allocations charged to fleet
• Manage Trip reports and track Toll Tag information on Fleet vehicles to ensure correct accounts are documented
• Track vehicle registrations to ensure vehicle inspection/registrations are up to date
• Follow up on conflicting or missing information provided by service personnel as it relates to work orders and daily time sheets
• Prepare all work orders for review by the appropriate personnel
• Follow up on any unfilled PO’s
• Request and process Customer PO’s as necessary
• Administer and manage all third-party billing

• Minimum 5 year administrative/clerical experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail producing accurate and efficient work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good mechanical aptitude
