The Project Manager will manage day to day project level schedules, financials, status internal/external, customer relationship. Manages baseline responsibilities for successful projects. Active participant in the day to day work leading towards POE and P&L adherence.  Leads our project team to exceed their execution and financial project goals while maintaining a focus on safety, while meeting deadlines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management of multiple short duration projects from engineering through construction closeout Creation of project plans
• Risk mitigation
• Cost review
• Reporting and analysis
• Project forecasting and accruals
• Change control management
• Status reporting, escalation and problem solving
• Effective communication with the client, team members and other stakeholders is critical. 
• Develop project timelines and associated schedules
• Manage and track progress against schedules and goals
• Develop and manage project budgets
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in various stages of completion
• Lead weekly meetings with the client and project team.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Directly responsible for all personal actions and any personnel, vehicles, or equipment in their care, custody or control.
• Responsible for verification of the competency of all assigned personnel.
• Ensure all assigned personnel receive appropriate craft and safety training. Perform periodic safety audits for all assigned crews.
• Report all personal & vehicle accidents/incidents immediately to supervisors, cooperate and assist in the investigations of same.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Previous Project Management experience required. 
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams. 
• Project Management experience with budgeting, scheduling and planning a plus. 
• Ability to coordinate and integrate work across multiple disciplines, complete scheduling and resource planning activities to drive efficient work processes, identify and manage all project risks, and enhance customer communication and satisfaction. 
• Demonstrated with strong communications with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to communicate progress, highlight issues and provide recommendations to senior leadership. 
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Possess a valid CDL (A) license or be able to attain one.
• Will be required to complete OSHA 10 hour course provided by MasTec.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Requires extended periods of bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, lifting in awkward positions, standing, twisting, reaching above shoulder level or working in confined spaces.

• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software
